Safeguarding
Minor Player & Guardian Privacy and Consent
Last updated: 2026-08-17
Players under 18 receive additional protection. This notice explains what is collected, who may see it, and how guardian consent is recorded and used.
1. Guardian authorisation is mandatory
A registration concerning a player under 18 can only be made by a parent or legal guardian, or with their explicit authorisation. The form requires the guardian's name, relationship to the player, email and phone, together with an explicit consent confirmation. The consent and the date and time it was given are recorded with the registration.
2. What is collected
The same football and contact information as an adult registration, plus the guardian details described above. We do not ask for medical data, identity documents, financial information or any special category data through this website.
3. How guardian information is protected
Guardian details are stored separately from the player record and:
- Are never displayed in public pages or in public HTML.
- Are never included in a shared presentation link.
- Are never included in club outreach or in any external message.
- Are never included in confirmation emails beyond addressing the guardian who submitted the registration.
- Are readable only by authorised senior staff inside the private system.
4. External presentation of a minor
A profile of a player under 18 cannot be shared externally unless guardian consent has been recorded. This is enforced by the system itself, not only by internal policy. A shared minor profile is limited to essential sporting information; guardian details, contact details, valuations and internal assessments are excluded. Any share link can be revoked immediately and can be given an expiry date.
5. No guarantee and no pressure
Registering a minor does not guarantee representation, selection, a trial, a transfer or a contract. No payment is requested from players or guardians for registration. Any future professional relationship involving a minor will follow the applicable FIFA and national association rules for minors and requires guardian involvement in writing.
6. Withdrawing consent
A guardian may withdraw consent or request deletion of the minor's information at any time by writing to salah.ouerghi@scandinavianss.se. On withdrawal, active share links are revoked and the record is removed unless retention is legally required.
