1. The service

This website is operated by SCANDINAVIANSS — Mohamed Salah Ouerghi, FIFA Football Agent. It presents our activity and allows players, coaches and clubs to submit information for review.

2. No guarantee, no mandate

Registration is an expression of interest only. It does not create a representation mandate, an agency agreement or any obligation on either side. It does not guarantee representation, recruitment, selection, a trial, a transfer, a contract or any result. Any professional relationship begins only with a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Your responsibilities

When you submit information you confirm that:

• The information is accurate, current and your own to share.
• You have the right to share any video, document or third-party material you link to.
• You will not submit unlawful, misleading or offensive content.
• You will not attempt to access private areas of the platform without authorisation.
• If the registration concerns a player under 18, it is made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Regulatory framework

Football agent activity is carried out in accordance with the applicable FIFA Football Agent Regulations and national association rules. SCANDINAVIANSS is an independent football and sports management company; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of FIFA. Particular care is applied to rules concerning minors.

5. Intellectual property

The SCANDINAVIANSS name, design, text and images on this site belong to SCANDINAVIANSS and may not be reproduced without written permission. You keep the rights to the material you submit and grant us permission to use it internally for review and, where authorised, in a presentation to a named recipient.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

This site may link to third-party pages, including the official FIFA agent verification service. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
