1. Who we are

SCANDINAVIANSS — Mohamed Salah Ouerghi, FIFA Football Agent is the controller responsible for personal information processed through this website and through our internal football management system.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that you actively provide to us:

• Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, nationality, country and city, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Football information: position, preferred foot, height, current and previous clubs, league and competition level, contract status and availability.
• Career material: experience summaries, objectives, video links and any document link you choose to share.
• Coach and club information: licences, philosophy, formations, recruitment needs and club contact roles.
• Guardian details for registrations concerning players under 18.
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• Basic technical information required to operate the site securely, such as the IP address used for anti-abuse rate limiting.

3. Why we use it

Your information is used only for these purposes:

• To review your registration or enquiry and reply to you.
• To assess a possible professional relationship in football representation, scouting or recruitment.
• To present a profile to a club or partner only where sharing is authorised, and for minors only where guardian consent has been recorded.
• To keep an internal record of contact history and follow-ups.
• To send transactional emails such as a registration confirmation.
• To protect the platform against abuse, spam and unauthorised access.

4. Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give at registration, our legitimate interest in operating a professional football management service, and where applicable the steps taken before entering into a contract. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. No guarantee of representation

Submitting information does not create a representation mandate and does not guarantee representation, recruitment, selection, a trial, a transfer or a contract. Any professional relationship requires a separate written agreement.

6. Sharing your information

Internal records are private and visible only to authorised SCANDINAVIANSS staff, according to their role. A profile is shared externally only through a controlled presentation link that we create for a named recipient. That link can be revoked at any time and can be set to expire. Confidential internal assessments, valuations, guardian details and internal notes are never included in a shared presentation.

We also use service providers strictly for hosting, database and email delivery. They act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your information.

7. Retention

Registrations that are not taken forward are kept only as long as needed to document the decision and to prevent duplicate submissions, and are then deleted. Records relating to an active professional relationship are kept for the duration of that relationship and for the period required by applicable law.

8. Security

Access to the internal system requires authentication and is restricted by role. Sensitive fields are protected at database level and are not readable by unauthorised accounts. Changes to records are logged automatically. Private areas of the platform are excluded from search engine indexing.

9. Your rights

You may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of your data, or withdrawal of consent. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

10. International transfers

SCANDINAVIANSS operates internationally and may share an authorised profile with clubs or partners outside your country. Such sharing always follows the rules described in section 6.
