SCANDINAVIANSS provides specialized representation and career guidance for young football talents and minor players, in accordance with FIFA regulations and applicable safeguarding requirements.

This registration concerns a minor. The player is not treated as a contracting party. A parent or legal guardian must authorise the registration, and no public profile is created for a minor without explicit guardian authorisation and internal approval.

The FIFA Football Agent licence and the authorization to represent minors belong specifically to Mohamed Salah Ouerghi as an individual FIFA Football Agent, not to SCANDINAVIANSS.

The parent or legal guardian's contact details are treated as the primary contact information for all representation-related communications concerning the minor.
Registration does not constitute a Representation Agreement and does not guarantee representation, trials, transfers, contracts or selection by any club.
Football-agent services involving minors are provided only where permitted under the FIFA Football Agent Regulations and applicable national law.
A registered minor is recorded as a registered young talent. Eligibility for a representation process is reviewed separately, case by case, against the rules of the applicable country and member association, and is never assumed from the player's age alone.
